INSTRUCTIONS on how to join the session on Thursday, 20 November at 0700 - 0800 Central Standard Time
To access the "Anymeeting Vroom" click on the link:
- Then the system will be opened in your browser (i.e. Firefox, Chrome). Anymeeting Vroom Platform will open for technical adjustments 1 hour before the time interval scheduled for the session.
- All remote participants will access the Anymeeting Platform as "ATTENDEES".
- Microphone and Camera: All participants will be able to speak and to actively interact with other attendees, including the utilization of microphone and webcams. It is highly recommended to use a HEADSET, as this will avoid sound distortion during the session, mainly avoiding excessive noise resulting from multiseat attendance. For this reason, built-in or table microphones should not be used.
- It is also recommended to test your equipment in advance (Computer, Headset, Internet bandwidth, etc.) in order to ensure high quality audio/video transmission during the session.
- WIRED Internet connection with at least 1 Mbp/s Down/Upload
